It is completely the choice of the client. Some do everything online , others on paper and some a mixture. You can mix and match as you wish.
We have tried to make everything online that is possible and pragmatic.
The application form will be edited for each particular client and can be used with a specialised domain name, e.g. clientname.com. We can also supply a numbered link. An example of a working online form is here but this can also be redesigned in any way required.
In order to keep abreast of progress with all the searches currently being completed a tailored status system is available. This provides each client with the data they need in regard to current searches and is individually designed to their requirements. An example is here.
All final reports are also available online. They are also emailed to clients on completion.
KPI's can and should be agreed and these are also online.
